Soul Lesson: Journey To The Land Of Canaan

In this dream I journeyed to Canaan. Wrapped in cream colored linen from head to toe. I have journeyed many times to many distant lands in my astral travels but never to such a land as Canaan. The journey even in astral form was difficult, tiring, hot, and what I thought at first was lonely, as I was only accompanied by my beloved friend the crow, it seemed though as if I were not as alone as I thought however, It was as if a spirit was guiding me, journeying with me from the invisible, as if invisible foot prints walked besides me. I seemed to hurry with no where to go I was going to Canaan but was at the same time already there. Nothing but the desert lay ahead and as far as the eye could see.

I can not prove this dream/astral experience or any other, I only share them here so that my human self can make sense of them, these dreams aren't normal dreams, my soul travels, and it travels far and lucidly, I could feel the sand softly on my skin as the hot desert air blew in every direction. I walked, and walked, and walked, the crow flew and flew and flew, the sun, Ra, wasn't the least bit lenient, the blazing heat fell upon my body with such great force, I covered my face with the linen wrap and held it against my mouth to stop the sand from entering. Just as I began to question the purpose of this journey I heard a voice, a very strong male voice,...it was so powerful that even my insides trembled when the voice spoke not out of fear but out of the shear power, vibrations, force,...like a very strong bass emanating from the whole of the Earth, yet I could understand it's words...was it God? I don't know, it cold be anyone of a very high vibration.

The Wolf's Soul Lesson

I had this dream on (10-16-12): I was in the woods by myself, everything was normal and I was enjoying nature, again in this dream it was night but the woods themselves seemed to glow, just then I heard a faint growl and a wolf lunged at me, I fell but got up quickly, I ran in to my cabin and locked all the doors and windows. Minutes later that same wolf appeared in the middle of the living room so injured I was in shock, it was missing a leg, and very bloody, whimpering and afraid and it had puncture wounds all over, I looked in its eyes as it stood there dying and felt a great sense compassion for the beast.

From what I can FEEL, I feel that this soul lesson was about conquering my fears, that side of me that no longer served me as in the excerpt below...you can read more at the link:

Although the wolf can depict a feeling that ‘things’ are out to get us, the wolf in our dream often depicts just our fear. Fear is one of our instinctive reactions to situations, so is shown by an animal. We may find ourselves a prisoner of such feelings, as Anna in the example below. The wolf, as is suggested by such fairy stories as Red Riding Hood, also represents the female fear of powerful male sexuality; repressed sexuality or anger; emotions and drives frighten you.
But the wolf also appears in our dreams as a master of life in the wild. It is a group animal and has tremendous loyalty and protectiveness to its family and group. As such it can depict your intuitive understanding of life on earth, the seasons of life and death, and the deep wisdom of group relations. In some dreams the wolf is a protective companion on your life journey – what is the past has been called a spirit guide or totem animal. This sort of wisdom tells us that aggressive urges are natural to us, but sometimes they can turn back on ourselves and injure our wellbeing. You might then even dream of killing the wolf or animal in you. But love can resurrect that vital animal life and consciousness within you and the world. The following dream and commentary illustrates this.
I dreamt two great wolf like dogs were on a headland. They had to be killed for some reason. I shot them. They seemed to take a long time to die and I felt compassion for them. Now horses seemed to be lying with them. The death struggles became the horses – mares – struggles to give birth. I saw the vagina parted to show a head. Birth would follow. Nathan.
Nathan explored his dream and had the following intuitive response to it as if someone was explaining it to him:
“When you were trying to murder the lower animal forces in yourself they would not die, they only thresh about, trying to survive. Try bringing of life to them. The bringing of love is represented by your desire not to have them suffer. Great love turns the destructiveness of the lower forces into creativeness. The gun was the destructiveness of the fears and angers in you turned against yourself. The love redeemed this power, directing it in a new way. Love enables new life to emerge. The new life promises strength where there was only fear. When you love yourself, you lift parts of your being into new life.” .... http://dreamhawk.com/dream-dictionary/wolf/

The Raven Experience: A Lesson From Beyond

So I woke up this morning completely awestruck…I had a dream or rather astral experience? in which I think I was upset about something, I don’t even remember what, and this old lady kept appearing, she looked like the hag lady that the evil queen transforms into that gives snow white a poison apple, well this lady came to me 3 times, the first two times she kept offering me some weird sack of dirt and small rocks to use to throw at the person upsetting me and she said it would keep me from ever being bothered by this person again, the sack itself had large holes in it so I really don’t understand how the dirt and little rocks weren't falling from the holes lol. I kept ignoring the lady but by the third time I realized I had to make a choice, take the sack and use it to get even or just say no…hmm, so by the third time when she came back, I literally zoomed OUT of the situation, I used my eyes like superman does to see far distances, he zooms in but this was in reverse I was zooming back and saw the whole picture, and I saw how frail and tired she was, so I zoomed back to normal view and I took the old lady by her arm gentle and I said:

Ma’am why don’t you rest here on my couch instead, you seem very tired, here let me help you.

Then next thing I know, as I laid her down, I heard a raven cawing or rawing or whatever ravens do LOL, 3 times, at a window nearby, I looked at the window and when I looked back at the old lady she was not frail anymore, she smiled at me and vanished, then the raven flew in the window and flew back and forth before perching herself/himself (wasn't sure of the sex until later on) on a beam that was above the window, the raven was standing tall and seemed to look very proud of me. That’s when in the dream/astral I told myself:
We're all made of star stuff and we're all on a return journey to remember who we are...one planet, one people, one universe.
